This little pancake pizza has been one of my most requested and liked recipes on Instagram (cleanleanbakes) therefore I thought it was about time I brought it to my blog.

This breakfast is one of my go to breakfasts when I want something thats high in protein and carbs. What really makes this french toast so tasty however is the toffee fudge sauce that covers the toast. It feels like your eating a very indulgent breakfast that is only 360 calories and is packed with nutrient rich ingredients.
So I thought I would upload a quick one for you guys.. one of my staple go to breakfasts at the weekend…Banana Protein Pancakes. The recipe contains only 4 ingredients and is one of the quickest and easiest to make.
An all time great flavour combination is definitely white chocolate and pistachio. For some unknown reason its a combination I have been yet to make up in a recipe. Its also been a while since I made up a batch of flapjack and therefore it seemed like the perfect time to combine the two!

So i thought i would share with you all some of my favourite smoothies.
