Chocolate Protein Pudding

Vicky Coates

Ok you’re probably all starting to guess by the majority of my recipes that I have a ‘slight’ chocolate addiction ? When I’m craving chocolate and don’t have any of my usual homemade snacks to hand this is my go to quick fix that is still healthy but satisfies my cravings!

This pudding makes a perfect dessert, snack or breakfast. I like to have this before bed to get the last of my Protein in for the day. It contains 25g Protein and only 215 calories (not including toppings). I usually add extra Protein by adding toppings such as Protein granola or Hemp seeds.
Its gluten free, refined-sugar free and by using plant based protein it can also be vegan. Whats even better about this pudding is it contains only 4 ingredients…… simply blended in under 5 minutes!

Chocolate Protein Pudding

  • Tsp Cacao Powder
  • 60ml Soya Milk (or almond/ cows milk)
  1. Simply place all the above ingredients in a blender until a thick creamy consistency is achieved. Place in a bowl and top with all your favourite toppings! This pudding can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for extra creaminess and thickness.
