Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls

Autumn/ fall Snack Heaven: I think so. The perfect combination of pumpkin, nut butter, protein powder and seeds in one little healthy powerhouse ball. They are Gluten Free and Vegan.
  • ½ cup Vegan or Whey Protein Powder (I used salted caramel flavour)
  • ¼ cup 3 Nut Butter (can use any nut butter)
  • ½ cup Pumpkin Puree
  • ¼ cup Prunes
  • ½ cup Oats
  • 1 Tbsp mixed seeds
  • 1 Tsp light fruit syrup
  • 1 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor
  2. Form into small balls
  3. Voila!
  4. I keep mine in the fridge for a week or freeze a batch
