Chia Apple Pie Baked Oatmeal

This apple pie baked oats is so easy to make, you just need to mix all the ingredients in a bowl, place in a baking dish and bake until golden brown. Its a perfectly balanced breakfast that will keep you satisfied until lunch!
Ingredients
  • 130g (1/2 cup) Pumpkin Puree (or 1 small mashed banana or apple puree)
  • 65g/ 2 Egg Whites or 1 Large Egg
  • 50g (1/2 cup) Oats
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 25g Protein Powder of your choice (I used chai latte)
  • 1 Chopped Apple
  • ½ Tsp Cinammon
  • Pinch of Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190oc
  2. Combine all the above ingredients into a bowl. It should be quite a thick but still moist consistency. If it seems too dry then add some milk of your choice until you achieve the right consistency.
  3. Place into an oven dish and bake for around 30 minutes until golden on top and a knife comes out clean.
  4. Serve with extra apple, yoghurt and nut butter for extra yumminess
