Chocolate Protein Pudding

Ingredients
  • 30g Chocolate Whey (use plant based protein if vegan)
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • Tsp Cacao Powder
  • 60ml Soya Milk (or almond/ cows milk)
Instructions
  1. Simply place all the above ingredients in a blender until a thick creamy consistency is achieved. Place in a bowl and top with all your favourite toppings! This pudding can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for extra creaminess and thickness.
Notes
Toppings could include- buckwheat puffs, fruit, chocolate sauce, coconut, granola, hemp seeds etc
