Peanut Chocolate Chia Smoothie

Ingredients
  • CHIA PUDDING:
  • 10g chia seeds
  • Tsp low calorie fruit syrup
  • 70ml unsweetened almond milk (or any milk you prefer)
  • PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE:
  • Half frozen banana
  • Tsp maca powder (optional)
  • Tbsp peanut butter
  • 50ml almond milk
  • CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE:
  • Half frozen banana
  • Tsp cacao powder
  • 20g cacao pea protein (can use whey protein)
  • Tbsp cacao superfood blend (optional)
  • 2 tbsp egg whites (optional)
  • 50ml almond milk
  • TOPPING
  • Muesli
  • Crushed dark chocolate
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients for the chia pudding in a mason jar or glass jar and leave in the fridge overnight
  2. In the morning combine all the ingredients for the peanut butter smoothie in a blender and pour on top of the chia pudding
  3. Then combine all the ingredients for the chocolate smoothie in a blender and pour on top of the peanut butter smoothie. If you're not using egg whites you may need more liquid, I sometimes just add a splash of water.
  4. Top with the above toppings or any toppings you fancy
  5. Now to devavour it in a few minutes (in my case anyway)
Notes
Macros and calories for the pudding include the topping of 12g muesli and 5g dark chocolate
