Fancy a pizza which is low in carbohydrates, high in protein, healthy and super quick to make?!…..then you definitely need to try this low carb tortilla chicken pizza!!
At around 450 calories per pizza this is less than half the calories of most restaurant or takeaway pizzas and it tastes just as good! Each pizza packs around 50g Protein so perfect for that post-workout meal! The best thing about it? Its ready in less than 10 minutes! So they are great for those days when the thought of making a full-fledged meal just isn’t appealing. For me they are my go to Friday night Fakeaway.
- 1 Wholemeal Tortilla Wrap
- ½ red onion
- ½ green or red pepper
- tbsp tomato puree
- 1 cooked Chicken Breast
- 4 Asparagus Spears
- 60g Light Mozzarella
- Handful of Rocket
- Spread the tomato puree over the base of the wrap
- Top with all the above toppings except the rocket
- Bake in the oven for around 6-7 minutes
- Top with the rocket
- Simples 🙂
Of course if you don’t have some of the above toppings there are lots of alternatives you can try such as mushrooms, tuna, sweetcorn, ham, just whatever you can grab from the fridge.
